Bendigo Holiday Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Bookings made directly with the BHA booking staff will have the following conditions.
Standard Bookings
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise negotiated.
Where Payment plans are offered full payment is required 30 Days before arrival. Any changes or alterations with the booking need to be confirmed with staff.
Bonds will be charged at the discretion of BHA staff on viewing of the booking.
BHA reserve the right to upgrade your booking should the apartment or house not be available for an unforeseen reason on the dates you require.
One Night Bookings are non transferable or refundable in any way.
Long Weekends Festival weekends and special weekends need to be changed adjusted or cancelled no later than 60 days before arrival. If a cancellation is required after this time a refund is subject to the property being re-let to receive any refund.
Standard bookings need to be changed cancelled or refunded no later than 14 days before arrival.
On booking with BHA you agree to leave the property in a reasonably clean state and agree to take responsibility for accidental or deliberate damage caused during your stay.
Should Bendigo Holiday Accommodation not be able to honour your booking at any time before your arrival we reserve the right to upgrade your booking to an available property.
One night bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is our desire to accommodate you having the most enjoyable and fun time during your stay in Bendigo. We endeavor to accommodate any personal crisis with sensitivity while adhering to the above guidelines.
Corporate Bookings
Bookings booked under corporate agreement are charged in 14 day blocks for the first 14 days. This period is non changeable or refundable. After that if departure dates change the booking is re-priced and nightly rates apply to the days before the refund is recalculated.
Any refund will then be applied. To qualify for a refund we need to be notified of the time of departure as per our arrival and departure protocol. We appreciate the notice that you as a corporate guest are able to provide.
